Try using a different USB cable.
Try a different USB port on the computer.
Also, you can try the following reset procedure:
With the Omega un-plugged from USB and unplugged from power, press and hold
the 1st USB Assign button (in-between Mic 1 and Mic 2) and the 3rd USB Assign
button (in-between Line 3 and Line 4) simultaneously while applying power.
Keep holding these buttons until a series of lights start flashing then let
go. Re-connect the USB cable.
