剛好前一陣子也在測RAMDISK，也貼一些數據給大家參考。【作業系統】 Win7 64bit 【硬體配備】 CPU :Q9550 RAM :8G 硬碟(容量,轉速):X25-M 80G 顯示卡:ASUS EAH5550 音效卡:Realtek ALC889A 主機板:GA-EP35-DS3P 螢幕(CRT或LCD,廠牌型號):ACER AL2723W 都是開4G的RAMDISK在Z槽，執行CrystalDiskMark 3.0.1 x64設定1000MB的數據。 1. Buffalo RAMDISK V3.10是隨身碟附贈 2. Qsoft RAMDisk "Enterprise" ver5.3.2.12可以試用約5個月 3. Dataram_RAMDisk_V3.5.130R17使用免費版 4. ImDisk Virtual Disk Driver ver1.4.0 built 7 Dec 2010 Gavotte_RAMDisk_1.0.4096.5之前很多人討論，在這之前我也是用這個，但是效能差太多就沒有再測它。剛開始測試Buffalo沒想太多，也忘了記下檔案格式。其他的RAMDISK測試分成FAT32和NTFS，配置單位大小也分1K和4K。因為配備與網友capri75不同，當然結果也會有所差異。連續讀寫 Q>D>I>B 4K讀寫(IOPS) Q>I>D>B 記得Gavotte RAMDISK都是墊底 4KB(QD=32)IM比DATARAM強 (QD=1)反而是DATARAM強一點點這次測試完後我改用Qsoft RAMDISK，價錢也不貴只是我還在考慮要不要申請PAYPAL中，它可以讓我試用到6月底。聽說是可以一直試用它啦。 ▓Buffalo RAMDISK ver3.10▓ 我也是看過他人測試評比Qsoft是前三名，自己簡單測試過後也是Qsoft第一再加上Qsoft也不貴，還可以長時間試用。開機LOAD Image的速度也不慢，最後才決定改用Qsoft。 Buffalo雖然效能不佳，但是有中文設定又很好上手，推薦新手使用。而且和其他RAMDISK不同，似乎在系統載入之前就把RAMDISK給建立好了。如果我開2G RAMDISK，系統內會顯示我有6G的記憶體而非8G，記憶體已占用約1G。其他的RAMDISK就會顯示8G記憶體，已使用約3G。 ※ 編輯: cavalier62 來自: 218.168.24.228 (02/19 00:29)
