[問題] Windows 10 + Outlook 2016
作業系統：
Service Pack：1809
發生問題頻率：80%
是否有做Windows Update：公司 IT 做的，應該有吧
問題內容：
換新的 Windows 與新的 outlook 總是不合，我常需要一次附加數個檔案到郵件，
之前使用 Windows 7 + outlook 2010, Windows XP + outlook 2003 都沒有問題，
現在 Windows 10 + outlook 2016 就會發生無法從檔案管理員拖曳檔案或者拖十個貼三到七個這種問題。
請問如何解決?
