[問題] Win10 APP無法連線
作業系統：Win10 10586.218
發生問題頻率：持續
是否有做Windows Update：有
問題內容：
方才所有Win10 APP，像是市集、Edge等等的都無法連線，但是傳統程式像是IE等等都是正常的
請問該如何處理?
