就可以找到二篇文章, 所以只快速地分享自己的設定.
進入服務後, 先按一下狀態欄位, 因為我們主要處理開機就啟動的,
其它先不管. 除了系統本來就有的, 裝了新軟體也會新增服務,
這也可以先不管, 比如, comodo firewall, apple itunes, 防毒軟體,
ATi/NV顯示卡熱鍵, google 工具,
微軟的 office, .net framework, asp.net, media center...等等,
(前面三個不停用, 後面幾個則可停用.)
點選要停用的項目, 按下停用, 把啟動類型改成"已停用",
如果沒法停用的, 直接改成"已停用", 下次開機就不會啟動.
建議或必須要啟動的服務

CryptSvc
DCOM Server Process Launcher
Event Log
IPSEC Services
Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)
Plug and Play
Protected Storage
Remote Access Connection Manager

其它沒說的, 就是停用了.
至於能節省系統資源嗎? 多多少少有幫助,
但不如用msconfig, 把開機時會自動啟動的軟體都停掉,
經驗中這裡才是最吃資源.
