[問題] q3寄回原廠出保固,東西被搞丟怎辦?

買了一台Q3
使用了將近2個月的時候
在2025/8/28
我的左手控制器就突然連不上主機了
嘗試了重置換電池等等各種方法沒有結果後
聯繫了原廠準備進行RMA
拿到了FEDEX的單子
東西也寄出去了
他們也簽收了
直到今天
都沒有任何進度
他們的支援團隊只是一直回復罐頭訊息給我
說有任何進度更新會通知我
最新的回覆裡面寫
