以下是我送RMA以後第一次收到的信，他們給了我以下這個表格數據並且從信的第一段看來， RUR值若大於零，則我的故障不在保固範圍內所以我的RUR值是零，那應該表示Seagate接受更換硬碟給我，對嗎? 可是這信的後面幾段都是在描述一些不符合保固範圍時，對方的的作法想要請問大家，到底我送RMA是有成功還是沒成功? 要是沒成功一定要負擔運費什麼的嗎? 該怎麼負擔? 第一次送RMA所以有些東西還看不太懂，麻煩大家了，謝謝 Total Requested Quantity : 1 Total Clean Received Quantity : 1 Total Expected Not Received Qty : 0 Total Discrepant Quantity : 0 Total Return Unrepaired Quantity : 0 Total OOW Charges : 0.00 ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Sir or Madam, If your Return Acknowledgement above shows the Total Return Unrepaired Quantity (RUR) greater than 0, then we have determined that your RMA includes products that are not covered by Seagate's warranty and Seagate has no obligation to replace these products.
