MD5, DES 這種方法不是 "加密" 是 "單向Hash"
理論上由密文推回原文趨近不可能
實作上由於軟硬體限制，實作目標會變成"在有限時間內趨近不可能"
所以你要做"忘記密碼"有兩種方式
其一是把所有密碼原文另外存一份，不過這樣就失去用MD5的意義
其二是亂數給他一個新密碼，要他自己進去改
