[文件] excel檔案損壞 如何復原

版本:2019

這個檔案我有時候用一用，就會損壞，無法存檔
但請我同事開的時候就沒問題，也可以另存
現在都是請我同事另存一份新的我再使用
但每次都這樣也不是辦法...想請問大神有沒有一勞永逸的解法 謝謝
