contact 應該可以匯入，選擇 export就可以了，但是 mail不可以
incredimail只能單向讀入 outlook express的信件
另外 incredimail也不支援中文的收件匣，使用中文名稱的收件匣
在 incredimail中會消失，且回天乏術 @@"
