幾種解決辦法
1. 使用支援 ip-mac binding 與類似功能的交換器
ex. ip source guard, arp spoofing, arp inspection,
dhcp snooping + ip mac binding + arp inspection (動態 ip)
2. 或是使用 drop invalid source mac 的交換器
ex. mac freeze
3. 每個 end station 設定 static gateway mac address
4.end station 安裝防毒軟體, 定時更新

上面這些都是網路上看到的解決方法
如果都不行, 那還有一種爛方法 ... router pooling end station periodically XD
