[問題] Bibtex編譯問題

我是用ChiTeX介面，最陽春的Plain文獻格式。
*.bib格式如上，可是編譯出來後的結果變成
Smith. Political institutions, policy choice and the survival of leaders.
British Journal of Political Science, 32: 565-90, 2002.
原本四位作者只剩下最後一位的"姓"。
我改寫了整份參考資料的格式重新編譯，還是一樣orz.
而且怪的是使用bibtex讀取的時候並未出現錯誤訊息。
希望板上有經驗的使用者們能夠提供一些解決的意見，謝謝。
