[問題] 請問一個 paper 作者排版置中問題

(1) 我的問題是 有三個作者，可是我如果把最後一個作者下面那行的 \and 拿掉
它就變的不會置中於文章標題中，請問是字形大小抑或 package 設定的問題？
還是有別的方法？ 我有試過 \centerline 等指令但都不行
(2) 第二個問題，關於作者的介紹及學校介紹，我可能還是搞不太清楚排版的關係
我改了他的字形之類的，但還是不會置中，請問是哪裡可以修正的？
我是希望他排出來是這樣
