轉錄來源：http://bit.ly/N3gO2D Chrome 20 正式版（20.0.1132.43）在上周低調登場，主要是提升安全性更新，共修正20 個安全漏洞，引擎也換上新版 V8 引擎（3.10.8.19）。因為沒有在介面、功能上作出明顯改變，因此多數人可能還不知道自己的版號又被升上去了。但有趣的是，Gizmodo 網站編輯使用新款 MacBook Air 2012 卻頻頻出現當機，懷疑 Chrome 20 是造成當機的主因。Google 後來向 Gizmodo 證實的確是 Chrome 瀏覽器所造成的問題，在 OS X 系統與特定硬體下使用 GPU 加速時會造成當機，Chrome 已發佈更新（20.0.1132.47）暫時停止特定硬體的 GPU 加速功能。 Google 對於 OS X 系統與特定硬體下使用 GPU 加速的發言如下：（來源：Gizmodo 網站） "We have identified a leak of graphics resources in the Chrome browser related to the drawing of plugins on Mac OS X. Work is proceeding to find and fix the root cause of the leak. The resource leak is causing a kernel panic on Mac hardware containing the Intel HD 4000 graphics chip (e.g. the new Macbook Airs). Radar bug number 11762608 has been filed with Apple regarding the kernel panics, since it should not be possible for an application to trigger such behavior. While the root cause of the leak is being fixed, we are temporarily disabling some of Chrome's GPU acceleration features on the affected hardware via an auto-updated release that went out this afternoon (Thursday June 28).
