limits to the free users. This way paid users are not at risk for disrupted
experiences. While you can continue to use the service for free, torrent job
priority needs to be given to paid accounts first. You can instantly overcome
this limit by converting your account to a paid account, which would exclude
you from this simple filter. If you wish to remain with the other free users,
you should simply try your download during an off-peak time

簡單的說...就是免費會員的限制變多了
在巔峰時刻中 免費會員可能會使付費會員使用權利受損
固為避免影響到付費者的權利 採取限制免費會員使用權限
想即刻解除此限制 請加入付費會員行列
又或者 選擇離峰時刻使用
