Most world/kernel related NO_* build options changed names. New knobs have
common prefixes WITHOUT_*/WITH_* (modelled after FreeBSD ports) and should
be set in /etc/src.conf (the src.conf(5) manpage is provided). Full backwards
compatibility is maintained for the time being though it's highly recommended
to start moving old options out of the system-wide /etc/make.conf file into
the new /etc/src.conf while also properly renaming them.
