看到相關的說明 :
go to the /etc/sysconfig directory
There is a file called network
In this file there is a variable called HOSTNAME
This variable should be for example :
HOSTNAME=NETSRV.mydomain
now check the file /etc/hosts
This file should contain 2 lines
127.0.0.1 localhost.localdomain localhost
127.0.0.1 NETSRV.mydomain NETSRV
Now from the command line give the following command
#sendmail -d0
Look at the Output , it should read something like the
following
$w= NETSRV
$j= NETSRV.mydomain ( whatever the HOSTNAME= in /etc/sysconfig/network )
$m=mydomain
$k=NETSRV.mydomain
The error you reported means that sendmail cannot recognize the name
of the machine that it runs
