[問問] 用ip分享器架ftp

我有爬過文，不過實在搞不懂要怎麼架，
我的ip分享器（d-link di-707p）是外接一個固定ip（140.x.x.x），
分享器內部只有我要架ftp，
虛擬伺服器中設定了虛擬ip：192.168.0.1xx TCP 21 / 21
192.168.0.1xx TCP 5100-5200 / 5100-5200
也在gene6中設定了：192.168.0.1xx port:21
xp防火牆關閉、KIS7 我也讓gene6全部允許，
我pc上的區域網路ip也設成192.168.0.1xx
可是我自己pc連的上自己架的ftp，
用外面的pc：192.168.0.1xx port:21 卻連不上！
請問我還有哪些地方沒弄好嗎？

我有在no-ip上申請一個x.no-ip.org，
在gene6的 pasv ip：x.no-ip.org 5100～5200
還缺什麼嗎？
