[-Fx-] 修改 Firefox 4 浮動狀態列顏色背景
首先標題可能下的不太好，因為是新功能，
好像沒中文正式名稱，英文應該是 Connection Status

使用套件 Stylish 修改
( https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/stylish/ )
如果背景要自訂顏色，而不使用背景圖，需使用透明背景圖
透明背景圖下載： http://i.imgur.com/UspBd.png
(使用背景圖，則背景色無效果)
