副檔名 啟用
swf 是
你可以推文告訴我們你的 Flash 版本
或者到 Adobe 安裝 http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

如果 檔名: C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\NPSWF32.dll
請到 C:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash\
NPSWF32.dll 右鍵/內容/版本，檢查版本號是不是 10.0.45.2
如果不是 10.0.45.2， 而是 10.0.22....
請下載離線安裝版，再嘗試一次安裝

我猜你沒有開新的設定檔... （推 knight00931:開新的設定檔也一樣嗎...）
不過其實也不用開新的設定檔
關閉 firefox
開始->執行 %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\
用文字編輯器開啟 profiles.ini
找到 Path=Profiles/your_profiles.default (綠字部份每個人不一樣)
開始->執行 %AppData%\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\your_profiles.default
刪除 pluginreg.dat
開啟 firefox
