[問題] 要怎麼找已看過的影片檔

請問各位大大
有時在網路上直接可以線上觀看一些影片檔
之前聽說電腦裡都會有暫存檔
只要找到暫存檔 複製下來
就等於把影片抓下來
想請問 這個暫存檔要到哪去找呢?
我用的瀏覽器是Firefox 3.5版
