[問題] 卡巴斯基無法更新威脅特徵碼

大家好我使用的是卡巴斯基防毒程式(6.0.3.837)，之前使用一切正常，使用期限到今年年底，但最近電腦會不定時跳出「威脅特徵碼已過期」的更新提示，但當我點選並完成更新，卻又持續跳出同樣的「威脅特徵碼已過期」提示，並且更新一樣的內容見http://ppt.cc/(oqW 最近則變成「威脅特徵碼已失效...」的提示見http://ppt.cc/;njZ 每次更新也都是一樣的檔案有跟原廠反映過原廠提供以下解決辦法 1. Download and extract the adminkit_db_fix.zip to the Kaspersky Administration Server (central management server) Link: http://data.lapcom.com.hk/Tools/adminkit_db_fix_6.0.bat.zip 2. Click and run the “adminkit_db_fix.bat” file 3. Start the Kaspersky Administration Kit console 4. Start the “Download Update Task” from Global Task 5. Until update completed successfully 6. Start the client update task to update the database again 但我不知該如何 "extract the adminkit_db_fix.zip to the Kaspersky Administration Server (central management server)" 對方表示要 The file "adminkit_db_fix.zip" is a zip file.
