小的先開第一槍這售價真的不合理台灣區用戶應該要有所作為也歡迎大家一起寫信 Apple CEO的信箱是tcook@apple.com 下面也可以複製改個姓名就好您好，我是來自台灣的長期 Apple 用戶，首先感謝貴公司多年來在創新科技與使用者體驗上的努力。Apple 的產品一直以來代表著品質與信念，而這份信念也深植於全球用戶心中。然而，近期我們注意到一項令人困惑且失望的現象：台灣地區的 iPhone 售價，竟然高於美國、日本與韓國等地，儘管台灣的人均所得相對較低。這樣的定價策略，對於台灣的消費者而言，不僅造成經濟上的負擔，也讓人感受到某種程度的忽視與不公平。根據哈佛商學院的談判原則，我們希望以「利益導向」的方式與 Apple 對話：台灣用戶的忠誠與購買力，應該被視為長期合作的資產，而非短期利潤的工具。我們相信，Apple 若能調整台灣地區的定價策略，使其更貼近其他主要市場，將能強化品牌在台灣的形象，並促進更穩定的銷售成長。我們理解各地定價可能受匯率、稅制與物流等因素影響，但如此顯著的價差，已超出合理範圍。Apple 一直強調「人人都值得擁有最好的科技」，這份信念不應因地區而有所偏差。我們誠摯地請求 Apple 能重新審視台灣地區的定價政策，並與我們建立更公平、互信的關係。這不僅是對台灣消費者的尊重，更是對 Apple 品牌價值的堅持。 Dear Tim Cook sir, As a long-time Apple user from Taiwan, I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for your continued commitment to innovation and user experience. Apple products have consistently represented quality and values that resonate with users around the world. However, I would like to raise a concern that has caused confusion and disappointment among many Taiwanese consumers. It has come to our attention that the retail price of iPhones in Taiwan is significantly higher than in regions such as the United States, Japan, and South Korea—despite Taiwan’s comparatively lower average income. This pricing disparity places an undue burden on Taiwanese users and gives rise to a sense of unfair treatment. In line with negotiation principles taught at Harvard Business School, we hope to engage in a dialogue that is interest-based and focused on mutual value. Taiwanese users’ loyalty and purchasing power should be viewed as a long-term asset, not merely a short-term revenue source. We believe that by adjusting the pricing strategy in Taiwan to be more aligned with other major markets, Apple can strengthen its brand image and foster sustainable growth in this region. We understand that pricing may be influenced by factors such as exchange rates, taxes, and logistics. However, the current gap appears to exceed what can be reasonably justified. Apple has always stood by the belief that “ everyone deserves access to the best technology,” and this belief should not be compromised by regional pricing differences. We sincerely urge Apple to reconsider its pricing policy in Taiwan and work toward a more equitable and respectful relationship with its users here. This is not only a matter of fairness but also a reflection of Apple’s core values.
