[問題] Amazon Web Service 註冊問題
註冊AWS 是照網路上說明註冊的
因為帳號目前被鎖定 英文用google翻譯大概知道原意
但是不清楚處理方式
註冊有來信 目前有兩個問題
第一封要求護照檢查本人 請問真的要傳真的嗎?

第二封 是信用卡問題
* Amazon is not set up to accept the CVV2 security code associated with
credit cards. Your bank may be able to temporarily lift this requirement.
* The authorization is for a low dollar amount ($1.00), which your bank may
decline.
大概意思知道，就1美元沒通過。
有查到Amazon購物不用CVV2那3碼。
那要怎麼處理?
希望有使用的專家，能夠幫忙解答。
