[問題] AnimePaper
在animax版看到推廣文，就去辦了帳號，
下載了幾張圖，突然出現這個：

我原本是想說等個一天大概就解決了，
結果從昨天到現在還是不能下 XD
或著是一定要上傳才能繼續下載？麻煩解惑囉。
