請問目前這個問題，還是沒有解決的辦法嗎？我也是需要使用skype out撥打出現此問題反映給台灣skype客服，得到的回覆是原廠無法開通此門號原因一樣如下： As we explain in the previous email the number +886927xxxxxx not be dialled from the user location.
