[問題] skype一國通
剛剛收到跟skype申訴 mail的信
According to our logs you have purchased an Unlimited Country Hong Kong
subscription on the 1 of April 2009 which recurred monthly from there
on.
We have no logs about Skype credit purchases.
Unfortunately we can only issue a refund on your last subscription
purchase. Please provide us with the order number of this purchase.
We are waiting for your reply so we can assist you further.
所以skype只能退回我最後一筆訂單?
不能退回其他多扣的訂單?
...... 我只買了四月,但他卻自動從4月開始扣
扣到11月?我最近才打開mail發現..才找到原因
沒有按掉取消紐?
在我都沒有用的情況下,skype自動扣款,skype仍然不願意退款
感覺有點..還有其他好方法可以拿回沒有使用的訂單嗎?
