[問題] update後出現的問題

前幾天我windows update後
每次開機都會跳出一個solutioncenter視窗
視窗內容為
"The feature you are ttrying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable
disk that is not available."
"Insert the 'SolutionCenter' disk and chick OK. "
這要怎麼解決阿
我不想重灌電腦...
我也沒對我電腦做什麼只是更新就變這樣了
