[問題] WebPAC 1.3 wgbroker.exe 不能查書目

我用kkman想執行查詢
輸入關鍵字後
卻出現這樣的畫面

因為沒有下載wgbroker.exe嗎
但我找不到哪裡可以下載
而我用ie開
NetTransport就自動下載wgbroker.exe
我開了wgbroker.exe
卻是個不斷執行的dos檔
請告訴我該怎麼做
新手發問如有不妥請包函
