[問題] python tensorflow spyder啟動問題

如題 我啟動 spyder 右下的console出現 An error ocurred while starting the kernel 詳細如附圖所示 不知道有沒有人知道怎麼讓console能正常運作？ https://i.imgur.com/PyuB6Lj.jpg
