由於小弟有時候會自己壓線,所以有觀察了一下這種問題
和大家分享一下我的經驗,希望有泡兒系的前輩指教一下
一般來說,大4p和sata是可以做在同一條的
所以何以拋爾的不會燒,模組化的也不會
有很多家本身也會直接附大4p轉小4p的線材
唯獨大4p轉sata轉接卻有不少燒毀的例子
記得小時候防災演習有教電線走火的原因,就是太熱
因為阻抗太大而產生的高熱
所以你不要折他,線不要太細,不要靠近易燃物,應該就不會有事
所以對照實例
比較常見的情形都是線太細
不然就是是有編織網熱縮套的,尤其那種為求美觀而把編織網做進去端子的
我自己在壓線的時候,通常電線的皮最耐熱
再來就是熱縮套,不過熱風槍吹太久也會整個捲起來,散發燒焦的魷魚絲味道
最危險的就是編織網了,完全不耐熱,熱風槍吹到兩下馬上斷
通常那種很漂亮的線就是一根一根分開的把整個端子包起來
自然就很容易燒到
所以我個人的理解就是
1. 線要粗
2. 若一定要有編織網,不要像nzxt那種包到端子的
聯力的就不錯,只包中間段,而且線夠粗
至於短路我覺得不太可能導致燃燒,因為電腦會先關機
而且接頭和端子的設計不太可能會短路
生鏽的可能性太低了,大部分的人都是還沒用到那麼久就燒了
最後結論是
設計沒問題,但做工有問題,正確的做工目前沒看過有燒的
(正確的意思是不違背上述兩個原則)
然後自己壓的線可能會比較小心
但是如果沒練過很多條,不要妄想你會壓得多好
最後有個疑問,我想提出和大家討論
也有人在顯卡上使用那類傘兵線材,卻沒聽過燃燒的例子
我想是因為硬碟電源接頭的溫度較高,且一般硬碟的散熱又較差
長時間運轉的結果,燃燒的可能性就大為提升
小弟才疏學淺,希望大家不吝指正

這樣看起來,小弟的估計似乎也不太正確
那是否因為一轉多,造成同一條電源輸出過高的電流呢?
結果整條線都很熱,就在最不耐熱的接頭處燒毀了
