所有正式新的韌體是在星期二釋出，也就是台灣時間的星期三
提供另外一種主動索取韌體方法
Support E-mail Address: discsupport@seagate.com
將你的硬碟 Model No、Serial No、Firmware version 附上寄過去
就會收到自動回復的E-mail,然後會有一個Track用的Case Number
接下來就是等韌體寄到 E-mail
至於更新方法很簡單，用 DOS 開機片or光碟開機or純文字類似的開機方法
切換到 C:/打更新Firmware的檔名等待 Upgrade 後再進系統用軟體或者Setools檢查
★更新硬碟 Firmware 如同光碟 Firmware 設備★
尤其更新前最好先自行備份資料，以免萬一
