sorry, 我一直以為他們提供的是完整的安裝程式。
我剛才去 http://myweb.hinet.net/home6/slkao-kao/big5/big_download.htm
看了才知道他們是提供 antigate.dll 供下載。
那這樣就符合你所說的該條文。
可是如果他們同一個網頁上那些其他的 binary packages 是完整版而不僅只包含該dll,
那這些 packages 就違反了 GPL.
因為要符合你所說的該條必須是僅限於 distribute 該 independent part.
若要散布整個 package, 那就必須將整個package內的 source 全都公開。
