但為什麼uT的官方FAQ建議上傳小於100KB/s時關閉比較好？
Turn off read caching when the upload speed is low will turn off read caching
when the upload speed is <100 KB/s, where the read cache is more likely to do
harm than good.
其實就算把上傳cache關掉，還是有windows讀取快取在底下墊著，
也就是最後一個選項不關的話。
