[問題] 求救 關於下載速度
小弟在前天電腦重灌
之後抓了一些應用程式
FTTP下載 速度都很慢 而且速度很固定 24KB/S
我是大樓網路 可是在電腦重灌前 沒有這問題
今天用UT抓擋 速度也是一樣 頂多就是22KB
然後黃色圖示
No incoming connections

接著會跳成紅色圖示
Not connectable
A firewall/router is limiting your network traffic. You need to
open up a port so others can connect to you
一樣是大約22kb的速度 我的速度好像被限制住了
我把防火牆關了也一樣 不知道去哪開port
目前沒有防毒軟體 想請問板上是否有人能給小弟解答
