[問題] IE何故一直出現歡迎使用和發生問題的畫面？
OS_作業系統 ：Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service
CPU_中央處理器：Pentium(R) Dual-Core CPU E5400 @ 2.70GHz (2 CPUs)
MB_主機板 ：P5KPL-AM EPU - Asus
RAM_記憶體 ：2048MB
VGA_顯示卡 ：ASUS EAH5450 Series
HDD_硬碟 ：WDC WD5000AAKS-60Z1A0 (465 GB) NTFS
CD-DVD_燒錄機 ：HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GH22NS50
各組件已使用時間、使用情況：4年、狀況尚可、速度頗慢

問題詳述：
我的Internet Explorer
一開啟首頁
一定如下圖所示：
http://ppt.cc/OAfT
一般人只要全部按下一步設定一次
下次就不會再一直出現這個畫面
但是我的Internet Explorer
只要把瀏覽器關掉
重新再點入首頁一次
一定就會再出現這個畫面
不知道這是什麼緣故
跟Microsoft不再支援XP的Internet Explorer的更新有關係嗎？
可是我在別台電腦
並不會一直出現這個畫面
這是電腦發生什麼問題
