要啟動 ssl 還要多加他打的那行，詳見 /usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache2.sh

# Set it to "YES" to enable apache2
# apache2_profiles (string): Undefined by default. Define here your profiles.
# apache2ssl_enable (bool): Set to "NO" by default.

原作者試試看加上 apache21_enable="YES" 然後手動執行
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/apache2.sh start 看會不會動吧。
