* B.S. in Computer Science, 7-10 year experience in computer systems or IT support, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Good communication skill; able to work between world-wide multiple sites
* Communicate well in English both in verbal and written form
* Strong MS office skills; Moderate knowledge of Oracle and MRP system.
* Speak effectively one-on-one and in medium group situations.
* Negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
* Develop/maintain good working relationships with internal personnel and external contacts.
* Need to have sufficient experience and expertise to perform a variety of complicated tasks independently
* Perform a variety of complicated tasks with little to no supervision. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected, able to work with overseas supervisor
* Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
* Experience in test equipment is a plus
* Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with H/W, S/W and applications problem. Research and resolve as user-reported problem in a timely manner using advanced troubleshooting skills.
* Provide accurate and timely logging of problems and resolution for problems into the IT database.
* Good in English
