[問題] 命令提示字元無法叫出(cmd)

按執行cmd.exe, 命令提示字元無法叫出, 然後畫面會閃一下感覺好像是開了馬上
被關閉, 然後explorer會重讀已經開的資料夾視窗會被全部關閉
這問題很大 導致.reg檔和.bat檔都不能執行
(regedit.exe、regedt32.exe 一樣有問題不能透過"執行"去跑)
系統環境 : windows xp sp2 , avast 4.8 pro
