※ [本文轉錄自 ask 看板] 作者: winnie0911 (Stand by me。) 看板: ask 標題: Re: [請問] 電腦當機，怎麼解決? 時間: Wed Mar 11 13:11:45 2009 我的電腦換主機板剛修好不到一個月，昨天電源供應器又壞了，換新之後大概幾個小時都蠻正常的，後來用到一半忽然出現藍底白字的畫面，寫著： a problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. 然後說如果這個畫面是第一次出現的話就重開機，若是此畫面持續出現的話，請照下列步驟做 check to be you have dequate disk space.if a driver is identified in the stop the message, disable the driver or check with the manufacture for driver updates. try changing video adapters. 我重開機後沒多久馬上又出現這個畫面，還多了下列文字 disable or uninstall any anti-virus, disk defrafmentation or back up utilities.check your hard drive configuration, and check for any updated drivers. run CHKDSL/F to check for hard drive corruptirn, and then restart your computer. 我英文不好所以不是很懂到底該怎麼做... 而且在這個畫面出現時電腦根本就無法動作阿，我只能一直靠開機鍵關機、重開機但是這個畫面還是不斷出現，連我進去安全模式想把電腦系統還原也無法超困擾的啊......這是中毒了還是？有幾次這個畫面也顯示過： STOP:C0000221 unkown Hard Error\Systemroot\System32\ntdll.dll 我真的不知道該怎麼辦囧現在是在學校用電腦，麻煩各位為我解惑吧拜託了！電腦一直修一直花錢還是一直出問題實在是很令人煩躁！！！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.127.170.102
