[方案] 修復安全模式及內建防火牆
部分的惡性程式會藉由破壞系統登錄的方式
阻止使用者使用安全模式及開啟 Windows XP 內建防火牆
以下是針對此一問題之解決方案。
本檔案適用於 Windows XP SP2。

內容包含一個批次檔兩個登錄檔，所執行的動作是：
1. 複製 reg.exe 並命名為隨機數字.com 以免病毒攔截
2. 備份 HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\SafeBoot
備份 HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\SharedAccess
3. 匯入 SafeBoot 和 SharedAccess 之預設值
4. 以 netsh firewall reset 指令重設防火牆
