Are you using a download accelerator / manager? Many of these are
confused by the sourceforge download pages, and don't work properly,
giving a failed download.
Try disabling them and downloading the file using your standard web
browser.
Also, don't try and right-click / save as the link, just click on it to
start the download.

我找了一下
他的意思好像是說
會發生這種問題是下載不完全之類的
所以不要用任何續傳軟體或按右鍵選擇另存新檔
直接按左鍵下載
希望可以解決大家的問題
