我改好了，請按照他的標準寫法做，ng-app一定要擺在<html>或者<body>裡
盡量不要跟controller擺在一起。
用了ui-bootstrap.js，就不要用bootstrap.js，可能會相沖。
自定義的js code請擺在最後，這樣load會快一點。
另外建議改用https://github.com/mcasimir/mobile-angular-ui
不然你之後要做RWD會碰到很多問題。
