修改"diskio.sparse.files"，改善部分utorrent 硬碟負荷100%?

utorrent 硬碟負荷100%常出現在兩種種況
一種(甲)是在種子下過程中，由於下載檔案存取，綜合了
網路速度(飆高) 跟記憶體釋放還有硬碟快取的設定關係
(這些之前的大大都有討論過 分享過 http://goo.gl/I4JxR )
另一種(乙)載入種子(例如15~25G)，在分配檔案空間時，這時
也常出現utorrent 硬碟負荷100%，
我自己來講(電腦 i5 CPU+12G RAM)，乙占了65%，甲佔了35%
所以換到deluge 後，狀況有好很多好，後來才發現
原來deluge 跟UT 在預先分派硬碟空間(pre-alloocate)的預設也不太一樣
deluge 預設用的是spase file (註一)，UT用的是compact “full”
allocation (註二)
有人常發生第二種乙狀況的utorrent 硬碟負荷100%，後來調了"diskio.sparse.files"，
狀況改善很多 (註三)，提供給大大參考，討論看看
看來，還是換到用linux的平台完p2p，相對會穩定一點?
