[問題] 網頁開啟有問題
最近我的Internet開出來都會出現下列三排紅色的字，

Please close one or more applications to allow furthur Internet access.
Contact your system administrator for further information.
所以我最近只有BBS可以用，MSN有時可以上去，有時不行，
請問大大這個問題該怎嚜解決？
