[問題] 想在cygwin下加裝g95 compiler 跑模擬軟體

小弟想要在window環境下使用以下模擬軟體但是因為新手到不行下面的說明我還是不是很了解我的方法想法有錯請高手幫忙指點一下 ============================================================================ http://people.sissa.it/~degironc/QE-Tutorial/tutorial_install.htm Requirements for Quantum-Espresso installation *Things that you MUST have on your machine: 1. Unix, or a Unix-like environment (a shell and the Make utility): Mac OS-X ok,Windows with "cygwin" ok 2. a working fortran-95 compiler (most "fortran-90" compilers are ok, "g77" is not) 3. a working C compiler ("gcc" is ok) 4. for parallel execution: MPI (Message-passing Interface) libraries and (important!) working "mpif90" scripts for parallel compilation *Supported hardware/software configurations: Quantum-ESPRESSO works or may work on the following hardware/software combinations: 1. all PCs (Intel/AMD) and PC clusters, including 64-bit CPUs (Itanium, Opteron), with most commercial (Intel, PGI, Pathscale,...) and free (g95, gfortran) compilers (cygwin needed for Windows) 2. PowerPC and Intel Macintosh with OS-X 3. most workstations: SGI with MIPS CPUs, SUN with SPARC CPUs, HP/Compaq (formerly DEC) with Alpha CPUs (both Linux and Unix), IBM PowerPC RISCs with AIX 4. most parallel machines: IBM SP and BG, SGI Origin and Altix, Cray XT 5. a few vector machines: NEC, Hitachi ============================================================================ 小的我先在cygwin網站自動安裝setup.exe 在http://www.g95.org/downloads.shtml 網站自動安裝g95-MinGW.exe (因為我不會手動加入compiler, 一些lib設定也都不懂) 哪請問g95安裝路徑要放在哪邊才對!? 應該在cygwin/home/下還是 cygwin/home/espresso/下因為我./configure他還是找不到g95或是其他的compiler 在建置cygwin 和g95和 espresso三方順序應該是怎麼樣?? 請高手救我一下謝謝!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 76.169.35.52
