[問題] Picasa購買空間問題 有無客服的e-mail or phone?

我在7/4上網申請了7G /$ 25的空間升級選項
當天收到E-mail確認 7/6看到信用卡已經扣款
但是到現在還是沒有升級..還在1024MB...囧rz
已經等超過10天了,想找個客服電話或者是E-mail竟然都找不到(怒)
請問一下各位有購買過空間的人 要等這麼久嗎?
G-mail信件確認目前是寫著:We are waiting for the seller to provide
instructions on accessing your purchase. Once the seller makes your product or service available, we will
update the Receipt page in your account.
Purchase history則是completed,

一按下去瞬間看的到form可以打 可是馬上又變成他的說明中心(怒x2)
很像是不讓台灣地區的人來反映問題
我現在該繼續等嗎~還是有管道可以反應一下 謝謝各位~
