[討論] BDG的報修方法
好像不一定要在網頁上報修
因為網頁只有白金會員進的去報修
最近我都直接寄信到
support@badongo.com
然後標題打上
file on cacheXX cant download(like 1 kb/s)
或
The server cacheXX seems have problem
或
These Links cant download
然後內文就是

---------------------------------
上面寫有問題的連結
下面填上用戶名
我發現都會被受理耶
不過我目前的用的id還有白金加持 不知道免費帳號用這招行不行的通
大家可以試試看
然後晚一點就會回信像這樣

在網頁跟寫E-mail的差別就是Priority的等級 他都給你選low
一班在網頁我都會選emergency XD
不過那個查看狀態的連結似乎要白金會員才能登入 登入後可以改Priority的等級
看是要Low Medium High Urgent Emergency Critical
不過我很改了懷疑有沒有差XD
總之大家可以試看看
