好像不一定要在網頁上報修因為網頁只有白金會員進的去報修最近我都直接寄信到 support@badongo.com 然後標題打上 file on cacheXX cant download(like 1 kb/s) 或 The server cacheXX seems have problem 或 These Links cant download 然後內文就是 ---------------------------- file link(s): your badongo user name: --------------------------------- 上面寫有問題的連結下面填上用戶名我發現都會被受理耶不過我目前的用的id還有白金加持不知道免費帳號用這招行不行的通大家可以試試看然後晚一點就會回信像這樣 Your Ticket has been received and a member of our staff will review it and reply accordingly.
