以前只有sever主程式支援Unicode，
Administration interface還是無法使用許功蓋等文字，
目前釋出的0.9.35，讓Administration interface也支援Unicode。

官方Changelog: Administration interface is now Unicode enabled.
---------------------------------------------------------------
實際測試，使用許功蓋等文字當目錄、檔案，甚至使用者，
用火狐或是filezilla等支援utf-8的軟體下載，如：
ftp://許功蓋:12345@112.104.190.13/許功蓋會/許功蓋會
皆可正常顯示或下載
