[vim ] 巨集SUB後繼續執行？已刪文

我想要取代後
:s/hi/hello/ge
再執行
IMary,
結果想要 Mary, hello, how are you.
所以我寫成
let @a=":s/hi/hello<Enter>IMary,"
結果錯誤E488: Trailing characters
要怎麼串連這兩各動作呢？
